Austin is not religious; he just loves God and believes that everyone ought to have access to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. His background includes over ten years of management experience and at Microsoft in their popular student ambassador program. Austin was youth pastor for EastGate Ministries Church in Houston, TX when he completed two B.B.A degrees in Finance and Computer-Information-Systems from the University of Houston. God's answer was simple: To use Austin's experience in programming, management, and new technology and apply it not only to the church he attended, but to all churches and ministries worldwide.

Austin's vision is to empower ministry leaders with the ability to stream their sermons, ministries, and messages online to literally reach thousands upon millions of listeners all throughout the world. As the directional leadership of SFJ, Austin oversees all aspects of the business including development of website and streaming services, strategic marketing, client support, and researching the latest technology to provide superior web services for ministries.

It's part of his natural inclination to allow his employees the freedom to explore ideas in an open, creative atmosphere. He also knows that without Jesus, he can do nothing.
